LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENTS AND EXTORTION AT TINCAN ISLAND PORT

The rate at which the Police, Navy, and the unions extort money from truckers at the ports is very alarming. Anyone who has passed the Tincan end of Oshodi Apapa Expressway at any time would agree with me that traffic holdup has turned the expressway into a mere car lot. To a layman, the holdup is as a result of too many trucks trying to gain access to the ports at the same time.
